General Conditions
Session Begins June
The academic session commences in the month of June each year.
Previous Academic Record
Students seeking admission to Std. II and above must produce the previous year's report card.
Transfer Certificate Required
Applicants from other schools must produce an original Transfer Certificate (TC) at the time of admission.
Assessment Test
For Std. III and above, an assessment test may be conducted to evaluate the student's level of preparation.
Aadhar Card Mandatory
Aadhar card of the student and parents/guardians is mandatory for enrollment.
Admission Process
Follow these simple steps to complete your admission at Shree Green Farm English School.
Obtain Admission Form
Collect the admission form from the school office or download it from our website. Forms are available from January onwards.
Submit Documents
Complete the form and submit it along with all required documents at the school admission office.
Assessment Test
Students applying for Std. III and above will appear for a written assessment test to determine their academic readiness.
Admission Confirmation
Upon successful completion of the process, the school will confirm admission and communicate the next steps to parents.
Fee Payment
Complete fee payment within the stipulated time as per the fee schedule to confirm the seat. Unpaid seats may be reallocated.
Required Documents
Birth Certificate
RequiredOriginal birth certificate issued by Municipal Corporation / Gram Panchayat. Photocopy required.
Previous Report Card
RequiredLast academic year's progress report / mark sheet (for Std. II and above).
Transfer Certificate (TC)
RequiredOriginal TC from the previously attended school, duly signed and stamped.
Passport Size Photos
Required4 recent passport size photographs of the student (white background preferred).
Aadhar Card (Student)
RequiredPhotocopy of Aadhar card of the student. Must be legible and up to date.
Parent / Guardian Aadhar
RequiredPhotocopies of Aadhar cards of both parents or legal guardians.
Caste Certificate
If ApplicableCaste / category certificate if applicable (SC/ST/OBC), for fee concession eligibility.
Medical Certificate
If ApplicableMedical fitness certificate from a registered doctor (for hostel admissions).
Address Proof
If ApplicableAny valid government-issued address proof (electricity bill, ration card, voter ID, etc.).

The school management reserves the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason.
English Medium Instruction
The medium of instruction is English throughout. Students are expected to communicate in English during school hours.
Name & DOB Immutable
No changes to the student's name or date of birth will be entertained after the admission form is submitted.
Principal's Decision is Final
In all matters related to admission, assessment, and placement, the Principal's decision shall be final and binding.
Discipline is Mandatory
Students are expected to follow school rules, wear the prescribed uniform, and maintain discipline at all times.
Fee Payment Compliance
All fees must be paid on time. Non-payment of dues within the stipulated period may result in cancellation of admission.
Transfer Certificate Rules
Please read these conditions carefully before applying for a Transfer Certificate.

A written application for TC must be submitted to the Principal by the parent or guardian.

The application must be signed by both the student and the parent/guardian.

The TC will be issued within 5 working days after the application is received.

All outstanding dues (fees, library, etc.) must be cleared before the TC is issued.

TC applications should be submitted before 30th April of the academic session.

No TC will be issued during examination periods unless under exceptional circumstances approved by the Principal.
